Salary:
- Minimum Starting Compensation (Degreed Base + Min Referendum): $51,791.00
- Maximum Potential Compensation (Certified Base + Max Possible Referendum + ESOL + Reading + Master's): $67,000.00
Job Type: Full Time (Comprehensive Benefits Package Included, including health insurance, 403b with employer match, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, etc.)

BridgePrep Academy is seeking a dedicated 1st Grade Bilingual/Immersion Teacher to lead foundational English Language Arts (ELA) and Spanish instruction in our primary elementary classroom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core 1st Grade Academics: Teach foundational ELA (phonics, decoding, reading fluency, writing) integrated with Spanish language immersion.
Structured Pathways: Implement evidence-based literacy curricula and technology-infused learning centers.
Scholar Support: Maintain a structured, nurturing environment and differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL learners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Certification: Valid Florida Teaching Certificate OR Statement of Eligibility (SOE) in PreK–Grade 3, Elementary Education (K–6), or World Language/Spanish required.
Compliance: Cleared Level 2 background screening.
