Rochambeau, The French International School is a bilingual French-English school in Bethesda, Maryland, teaching pupils from age 2 through 12th grade. Founded in 1955, it is the only school in the Washington, D.C. area accredited by the French Ministry of Education. English is taught throughout, from the primary years to the senior grades, alongside the French national curriculum.

The school's academic programme combines the French curriculum with a substantial English programme. Students may follow a dual diploma track, preparing for both the French Baccalauréat and the Maryland High School Diploma, and an International Baccalaureate programme is offered alongside the French curriculum. University counselling supports applications to higher education institutions worldwide. Teaching is delivered across three campuses in Bethesda: the Maplewood Campus (age 2 to 5th grade) and the Forest Road Campus (6th to 12th grades).

The student body represents more than 80 nationalities, and the school states that it promotes a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion, with the aim of developing confident, caring and open-minded critical thinkers. The institution has operated for over seven decades.
