Teach Now

Teach Now is an education recruitment consultancy and teaching network founded in 2008. It matches teachers and school-based staff with roles in schools across London and the wider United Kingdom, and reports having placed more than 40,000 teachers in jobs. The firm describes itself as "the teaching agency run for teachers, by teachers", and says its services are built around the professional and personal needs of educators.

Its work covers permanent and supply teaching roles, teaching assistants, SEN and SEND staff, early-career teachers and overseas-trained educators, alongside other school-based personnel. Services include daily supply and cover staffing, early-career teacher (ECT) recruitment, staff training programmes and apprenticeships, and pathways supporting candidates into teacher training. For schools, the emphasis is on rigorous vetting and reliable staffing.

For candidates relocating from overseas, Teach Now provides guidance and support through the move to the UK. Career support is offered on a continuing basis rather than as a one-off placement service, and includes free CV assistance, training and development programmes, guidance through placement and relocation, and networking events for educators and schools.
