The Faculty

The Faculty Online Learning Group recruits, trains and manages educators to deliver online tutoring sessions, with a focus on ESL and foreign language teaching. The company works with more than 650 international tutors and serves over 350,000 learners each month, delivering upwards of 100,000 tutored hours. Tutors work remotely, delivering lessons to students around the world.

Ongoing training and development programmes are run alongside a dedicated support team that assists tutors at each stage of their work. The company states that it aims to create an environment in which tutors feel valued and empowered, with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Career progression is available within the organisation, including advancement into team-leader roles. The Faculty's stated vision is to widen access to quality education.
