LMP Group

LMP Group is an education-centred collective of three companies that delivers apprenticeships, funded training and workforce development programmes across the United Kingdom. It works with learners, employers, schools, multi-academy trusts and businesses. Its industry verticals include education, early years, teaching, finance, business and professional services.

The group comprises LMP Education, which delivers apprenticeships and funded training to learners and employers; Inspire ATA, which supports apprenticeship employers through recruiting, upskilling and developing staff; and LMP Action, a community interest company working to influence positive social change. Apprenticeship learning can be delivered online or remotely alongside employment, allowing flexible delivery.

The organisation dates from 2004, when it began as a residential summer basketball camp, and was founded on a mission to help children develop confidence, teamwork and life skills beyond traditional education. It was joined by the SEG Group in 2023.
